The greedy little Star Thief wanted all the stars for herself. Night after night, she would scoop the stars from the sky and put them in her pocket so she could always touch them and see them shine. The night grew darker and darker. The stars were running out and the little Star Thief’s pocket was bulging with stolen stars. I warned her to put those stars back but she only laughed and climbed to a higher mountain so she could reach the stars further up. I knew what had to be done. I captured her in my sketchbook until she agrees to give them back…
