I get as far as confirming my phone and the next page always tells me that the page is not available. Why???

Hi jlee76 - sorry to hear you're having trouble.
I just need to make sure we're talking about the same step :) So I'm guessing that you get the text message on your phone and you click the link to "confirm" your phone? If this is the same step then it sounds like you might not have web access set up on your phone. Are you able to browse the internet on your phone?
