Hi - I reently purchase (for my Iphone 3G) the Bellbird_Text_Alert_Wave.mp3 file. It cannot be opened on my Iphone. Please email me a ringtone that can be opened to my PC (fergjane@xtra.co.nz). Also, I selected the 'Tui' ringtone, and the item forwarded was a 'Bellbird' ringtone (they are quite different). I would like the Tui ringtone (presumeably the file was just mis-labeled)? Please advise if there are special problems with downloading some ringtones onto Iphone 3G's from your site - Thanks - Fergus

Hi Fergus,
Thanks for bringing up the iphone issue on to our forums.
Unfortunately audio files cannot be saved as ringtones from an iPhone download! there are app developers who are working on software to work around this restriction.
You're right, the only way is to download audio files to your computer and sync it on to your iPhone - provided that the file is not DRM protected.
We are working on better compatibility for iPhone users on voeveo and will keep everyone posted about these developments.
I have sent you an email with the files attached.
Cheers!
