Hi guys, when trying to 'rate this' from the my voeveo 'purchase history' page - nothing happens. Going back to content screen was ok when you hit the rate this from there ........

Hi Maurice,


After you click 'rate this' from your purchase history does a detailed view of the purchase appear? If so, does it have a rating button for each item in that purchase? From there you should be able to rate the specific item.



Possibly some UI improvements need to be looked at there, and we are looking at that and other sections of the site over the next few weeks (actually continuously). But if you don't even see the purchase details let us know. Browser version, Operating System etc.

Hey Jeff,

Full history of the transaction was shown - which is great - but no rating button. I'm using Mozilla Firefox. I was able to rate by going back to the content page.

Hi Maurice1,

Thanks for your feedback. We'll have to make the "rate this" link more accessible. But in any case, once you have the details of one item in your purchase history expanded, there should have been a link to rate this item, just under the item's title.

We'll have a look.
