Hi Allison,
We're currently working on a complete forum overhaul, which should eliminate problems such as the one you're having above.
In the meantime, you can search for sellers by name in the 'Search by Seller' box in the top right. This will bring up the sellers' My voeveo, as well as links to all their content, and any forum entries they may have.
You can also search the forums by typing a sellers name into the 'Forum Search' box on the community page.
Hope thats helpful, and sorry about the hassle! Those forum changes are on the way!

Hi edith.x
I know what you mean, some phones can be really tricky with where they decide to download your content to. Why can't they just be like like computers where you can move and save files to wherever you want!
Heres what the Motorola Aus/NZ site says about downloads on the V3x:
Download Instructions for
E1070 and V3x
1.Once SMS is received, press the OPTIONS button then select GO TO
2.This will automatically open a browser session. You will need to press SELECT to download your item.
3.Press SELECT and STORE or APPLY as ringtone or wallpaper
4.To use the saved ringtone or wallpaper press SELECT and choose MULTIMEDIA
For ringtones:
5.Select SOUNDS and then choose the ringtone from the list. Press OPTIONS and select APPLY AS RINGTONE
For wallpapers:
6.Select PICTURES and then choose the image from the list. Press OPTIONS and select APPLY AS WALLPAPER
As far as moving content around, the best place to look for info is probably your user manual which can be found here. It says this about moving files:
Manage your ring tones and music:
Multimedia > Sounds
To copy or move a file from your phone
memory to your memory card,
highlight it in the list and press and press
Options > Manage > Copy or Move
> Memory Card.
If that still doesn't work, you could try copying the file to your computer via bluetooth or the mini usb cable that came with your phone and then copying it back to where you want it on your phone. There is info on how to do this on page 11 of the User Guide from Vodafone NZ which can be found below.
Good Luck, I hope one of those works!

Thanks MikeP - appreciate your help - however - just been into vodafone the problem seems to be that the content completely bypasses the phone's directory tree and/or the memory card and goes straight to the digital audio player - essentially it is not available to any other applications on the phone, the guy at vodafone suggested, respectfully, that this was to do with voeveo's recognition of the model of phone.

So - tryed the bluetooth dongle - phone won't recognise of connect with the thing - I guess that my 'content' will just have to stay buried in the innards of my phone - meanwhile do you guys refund pre-paid accounts - cause it looks like time I closed this account - IT JUST AIN'T WORKING.

Hi edith.x, we can certainly refund the prepay.
I'd have to disagree with the Vodafone reps opinion though.
voeveo just matches what content can be used by the phone based on the manufacturer specs, in this case Motorola.
If the phone supports the content we simply provide a link for download.
After that downloading and saving should work just as it says in the manual.
I'm fairly sure you'd see the same behavior if you attempted to download the same file from anywhere else.
Some carriers can disable features in such a way that the phone does not behave as the manufacturer states it should, and they may also restrict based on file size if you are not on a data plan. This may be the case here.
a couple examples of this from the states here and here
You may want to test with a wallpaper download and see if you have the same issue.
Either way we are happy to refund, but I'm curious.
