What is the most popular video format?

.3GP is the latest and greatest format. Most modern mobile phones can support this format. We also support .3GP2, .WMV, .RM, .MPG, .MPEG, .AVI and .MP4 files.




What's the difference between a wallpaper and a screensaver?


Traditionally a screensaver is animated and a wallpaper isn't. You can tell which screensavers, on our site, are animated by using the play button to see it in action.




How many frames should I use for an animated gif/screensaver?


We recommend 10 frames for your animation.

If I've got an image in two formats (i.e .PNG and .GIF), can I upload them in the same file?


Yes. You can add different versions for each piece of content. The first file you upload becomes your main version. To add another version click the "Add Version" link and fill out the fields. From a buyer's perspective they only see the versions that match their phone.
