Why do I have to confirm my phone before I can buy?
There are three very good reasons:
1) Your Protection - after you've confirmed we know it's your phone and your number
2) Double Checks - we can guarantee your purchase will reach you
3) Matching - we can guarantee what you buy will work on your phone
Why would I change my default mobile phone?
You'd change your default phone if you had more than one stored with your account. This allows us to match content to the phone you want.
I haven't got my confirmation text message. What do I do?
First thing to check is that you entered in your number and network correctly:
1) Go to your Mobile Phone Details and click the "edit" icon.
2) Check your number and network are correct. Update them if you need to.
3) If your number is correct, press the "Confirm My Number " button. It could take up to five minutes to reach you.
4) If you still don't get a text message from us, there is a link on the page to tell us. Our support team will look into it and get back to you.
