Do you have a 100% guarantee that my purchase will arrive?
We don't have a 100% guarantee. voeveo is only responsible for the delivery of your purchase to your network/operator. Because your purchase is out of our hands at that point we can't offer a 100% guarantee but we will certainly try our hardest.
My purchase hasn't arrived and I've waited 10 minutes. What do I do?
There are a couple of things you need to do:
1) Go to your Purchase History and check that under the Status column we've marked your purchase as Delivered to your Service Provider or Completed. That means we've handed it off to your network provider and it could take them a few minutes to send it to you.
2) Double check you're looking in the right place on your phone. Different makes and models of devices store content in different places. Look up your make and model in our Mobile Phones forum and see if anyone else has had the same problem.
3) If you've checked everything just contact us from your Purchase History screen. Click on the "Contact Us" link.
I've bought a piece of content and it doesn't work on my phone. What do I do?
You need to contact the seller and let them know. Go to your Purchase History and select the purchase by clicking on its row. A more detailed view will appear. Click on the "Email the Seller" link to quickly send the seller a private email.
I need to talk to a seller about a problem with a purchase. How do I get in touch with them?
You have two options:
1) You can post a message on their message board. Each seller has their own message board - just go to their profile page and scroll down to the bottom.
2) You can send a private message. Go to your Purchase History and select the purchase by clicking on its row. A more detailed view will appear. Click on the "Email the Seller" link to quickly send the seller a private email.
