What is "my voeveo"?
Every member has a voeveo page. Your "my voeveo" page provides you with a personalized view of the site. To see your "my voeveo", click on the tab in the site header or on your member name on the right hand side of the page. At the top of your "my voeveo" page you'll see your profile and photo.
What can I do from "my voeveo"?
Most of the tools you can use are on your "my voeveo". You can view your purchase history and top up your PrePay account. If you're a seller you can upload and manage your content and view your sales & payments. Plus you have a number of ways to connect with other site members: make friends - mark sellers as a favourite and see what everyone is up to from your Activity box. Plus you can easily keep track of your latest posts in our forums. Enjoy!
How do I update my profile?
Go to your "my voeveo" and click "Edit your profile".
How do I change my member name?
You can't do it yourself. Most of the time we don't recommend changing your mamber name. But if you really need to (witness protection programme ;) then just drop us a line.
I've forgotten my password. What do I do?
Just click on the link "Forgotten your password?" from the pink Sign In menu on the right-hand side of the site. We'll send you an email with it.

I see you can't change your username, which is fair enough. So I'll need to start a new account but what will happen to my balance in the old account. Can it be transfered to my new account or will you pay it out?
