How do I delete an item from my cart?
You can remove items by clicking on the [-] icon on the Review Cart screen.



Can I see what's in my cart?

Just click on the shopping cart icon under your membername on the right. This will take you to the Cart.



Why can I only add one item to my cart?

Most of our buyers can add multiple items to a cart. Sorry, you're a special case. Certain opeartors only allow us to send you one piece of content at a time. Just buy one item, then add another to your cart and buy that.



What will I be charged?

You will be charged the "total price" that appears on your cart page once you've selected your payment option.



What are these delivery and handling fees?

These fees cover the cost of sending your purchase to your phone and also cover our billing and administration costs.



Why does the "total price" change when I select different payment options?

We have different fees depending on the payment option you choose - it's our cost to process the payment. We'd recommend using voeveo PrePay - it makes it much cheaper.



Are there any other fees involved?

You need to be aware you may be charged extra download/data fees by your network depending on your contract. voeveo has no control over these costs. These download/data costs are usually separate from your voice plan. We strongly recommend you check with your network provider about their data plans, you could save money! Do I need to check anything else before I buy?

It is also your responsibility to make sure your phone has enough available memory for your order. voeveo is not responsible for delivery failures caused by insufficient memory.



I'm ready to buy what do I do?

Select a payment method: You can choose to use your PrePay account, your credit card, your PayPal account, your Google Checkout account, or billed to your operator if you're in the UK. Once you've paid, we'll deliver your content to your phone.
