Hi. I have received your confirmation message and scroll to the bottom and do all the right things (that were shown in the diagram, go to use
detail etc) but I just can't seem to click/open the link you sent. I don't have internet access on my mobile? Thank you

Hi There,
Thanks for letting us know. Our records show you have a Nokia 6070. On Nokia devices, in order to access the link you usually need to click 'options' and choose 'use detail', then select 'web address' .

If you are unsure if you have web access though, we strongly recommend you check with your service provider and ensure you are on a decent plan. Often the default web plans for content download are expensive, and for a matter of a few dollars a month you can save your self a lot of money.

if you do not want a mobile web plan, we have other delivery options, such as MMS/picture messaging, but the content selection from our sellers will be greatly reduced as there are size restrictions.

The reason for the confirmation message, is to ensure you don't purchase something you can't actually get. We don't want you to feel cheated.

Please let us know if you have any other questions/problems.

Thnks for that Jeff - and now to throw another 'curve ball' - I've just switched to a Blackberry Pearl 1800 - I am unable to open your link and have searched everywhere in the browser settings of the phone to enable the browser (a bit technically challenged on this though!). I have a plan with vodafone now so I'm not on prepay anymore. Can you point me in the right direction here so I can open your link? Thank you

Hi There,
Welcome to the Blackberry cult, I myself am a member ;)
I recently upgraded to Blackberry Curve myself and may have encountered a similar problem, which I was able to resolve. There could be two possibilities here:

Fist thing you need to check is that your Blackberry is registered. Sometimes you need to register the Blackberry on the network in order for it to appear

1. Go to Options(or Settings) –> Advanced Options –> Host Routing Tables.
2. In this screen you may see several entries, ignore the others and highlight the bold entry.
3. Select ‘Register Now’.
4. Close the screen and go back to the Home Screen. Give about 30 seconds to see if your browser reappears.
5. Links in text message should be able to be highlighted, clicked and opened with your default browser.

The second thing you should check is that the blackberry browser is set up as the default.

1. Go to Options(or Settings) –> Advanced Options –> Browser.
2. Change as many options as you can on the page to "Internet Browser" rather than Vodafone (if it is set to that)
3. Links in text message should be able to be highlighted, clicked and opened with your default browser.
