Meet Peter Vullings from our games seller, Pixelthis!




Where are you from and why do you live there?

We are based in Palmerston North, New Zealand. It’s a great city with a lot of talented people – especially in digital media.




Apart from creating mobile games, what else do you do?

We make online games and websites, we also play the occasional game, and have a lot of fun!




What inspires your work?

Seeing our content out there and people playing and enjoying it is a great motivator. The spark for a game itself can come from anywhere – the view out the window on a hot day, to the annoying fly that keeps landing on your leg!




What kind of mobile phone do you have and why do you like it?

We have all sorts of phones in the office, mostly Nokia and Sony Ericsson. Probably our favorite is the Nokia 6300. It has Flash Lite, is so sleek, and has a brilliant screen.




When you're not in the office what are you doing?

There are a lot of interesting people on our team who do everything from running (Nathan), kickboxing (Mike) and playing squash (Peter) to digital painting (Tony), mass-multiplayer turn-based RPGs (Lynn) and arts and crafts (Sonia). Some of us have young families, and also like to get out in the garden on nice days.




What's at the top of your playlist right now?

At the moment our mp3 server is playing Invisible Man by Queen, but as long as its not Celine Dion (No offence, Celine) we are happy.




Who are some of your favourite Sellers on voeveo?

What is great to see are the talented New Zealanders finding themselves an outlet! Credits to the internationals too, but NZ is slowly taking over the world!
