It would be useful if the "next" and "done" buttons were also at the top of the forms for when editing content you don't always need to go to the bottom of the page and scrolling is annoying.

You can also use the tabs at the top of the form to navigate through, this is possible for many of the forms. But we can look at improving that, making it more obvious.

I recommend that you ensure users do not publish images or videos with other peoples recogniseable faces, you may need to develop functionality whereby people can submit model release forms. Also, I wouldn't think submitting images or video that contain commercial brands or logos is a good idea from a legal standpoint, so you should warn producers about this too.

I am not sure if tags need to be separated by commas...perhaps you could specify next to the text box if they are required.

Thanks for the recommendations. Right now we do have quite a general statement that says "You must own the copyright to sell on voeveo", but you're right we could flesh out some details like you've suggested in our terms and conditions. I will review those - thanks.

As for the tags you can choose to use commas or not - (we actually strip out the commas).

Yeah I re-read your copyright message again and it does pretty much cover it. However, I think that as users upload content they could be forced to tick a box saying that they are sure they own the copyright, no visible logos etc. Otherwise its easy to forget.

An example of something that may not be allowed (unless my knowledge of copyright is very wrong) is RingFX's Ferrari logo. Its hard to see from the thumbnail if it is a proper replica of the Ferrari logo, but if so...is it legal to sell it without Ferrari authorisation?

When you upload content we do ask you to agree: "I own the copyright to this content and can distribute in:" then you pick the countries you can sell it in.

We used to have just a tickbox before we added in the country based copyright feature. Do you think it's clear enough? I might actually make that text bigger.

I will check with RingFX. Although I do think she bought some rights to sell her car logos - but I 'll check.

We're actually about to release another site update tomorrow that will include some search optimization tweaks in the comunity and browse sections to make us a little more edible for search engine spiders (we added relevant titles last week).

Any suggestions on meta tags (and other ideas) greatly appreciated!
