voeveo is a marketplace where Buyers buy mobile content from Sellers. These Rules help you understand what it means to be a Seller and Buyer on voeveo.

What we do: voeveo manages the content delivery and billing to Buyers (on behalf of Sellers). We also manage the site, run the Community forums and provide the tools for Sellers to manage their content.

What we don’t do: voeveo does not own the content and does not guarantee content quality. voeveo is not liable for network performance, network failure or modifications which may affect your mobile's functionality. voeveo is not responsible for additional fees that may be charged directly to Sellers by any banking or financial institution.

By becoming a seller you’re entering into a business partnership with us. Play by the rules and we’ll work well together - break the rules and it’s simple – three strikes and you’re out of the game. Remember it’s your reputation on the line.

As a Buyer, you want your phone or other digital device to reflect your personality. So, show the best of yourself when you’re dealing with other Buyers and Sellers. Buyers are responsbile for reading reviews and comments about the seller and their content before making any purchase decisons. It's your money so, do your research.

Be courteous
We're a community and we’re a business. Everyone has the right to buy, sell and commuicate freely without fear of personal attack or insulting behaviour so, be polite and respectful in your dealings with others. Bullies are not tolerated.

We also recognise that everyone is different so if it’s not illegal or infringing copyright but you still don’t want to see it, you can block that seller from your view. See our Block List FAQs.

Be creative
This is your opportunity to show the world what you can do - be the most creative you can with your content and the way you personalise your phone or other digital device.

Be business like
Just with any good business – be professional. That means keeping your details up-to-date, treating site members as you would like to be treated and producing quality content for Buyers. Get a bad name and you’re out of the game.

Don’t be a cheat
Don’t upload anything that you don’t own. You must respect the copyright of others. This means don't steal material that other people have created and own and pass it off as your own. See our Copyright FAQs.

Don’t spoil it for others
We want voeveo to be the best – so think about your content before you upload it and think about the way you comment on other’s content. Think quality not just quantity and don’t load up poor content that may have viruses or other bugs. Our Community Guides have zero tolerance for rude, disrespectful, and elitist behaviour anywhere on our site.

Don’t be a liar
If we’re going to do business together and get to know each other we need to trust that you are who you say you are.

Don’t do anything illegal
Do not upload any content that is illegal. Get to know the rules of business in your country and be a responsible citizen (that includes paying your taxes). And don’t use other people’s credit cards or accounts to buy from the site.
Keep the adult stuff private. This is not an adult site so keep the porn and other adult content at home. That means we don’t want you to upload any naked bodies, genitalia and/or explicit violent or sexual acts on our site. See our Uploading and Pricing Content FAQs.
