it has a key locking it so i can't use it as a ringtone........even though that is what it is meant to be used for - can you help?

Hi Judithm,
I think the problem here is that you bought the 3GP version of the file - some phones don't like to use 3GP audio files as ringtones, as they automatically assume that it is a video file. You would probably have better luck with the MP3 or WAV versions as these are strictly audio formats, and recognised by more phones.
Always be sure to check which version you're about to buy before adding to cart, as a lot of phones are compatible with more than one version and give you a choice - these appear in the "This item is available in the following format(s)" box.
